I have been providing financial strategies and superior service to clients since 1986. Because of my financial experience and solid conservative business judgment, I have developed lasting client relationships based on Integrity, Knowledge and Service.
I attended the U.S. Air Force Academy from 1977 through 1980 and then obtained my Bachelor's degree in Physics and Political Science from the University of Colorado. My career-related education includes achieving the professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), as well as earning a Master's of Science in Financial Services degree (MSFS).
I am an active member and a Past President of the Colorado Springs Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In 2014, I retired as a Lt Col from the Air Force Reserves after 37 years of service including deployments to Iraq in 2003/2004 and Afghanistan in 2012/2013.
I am active in my community as an Eagle Scout Alumni, as a Past President of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Colorado Springs, and as a Distinguished Past President of the Optimist Club. I coached the Corpus Christi School Track and Field Team for over ten years and serve as a church lector. My interests include numismatics, taekwondo, USA Track & Field and speaking other languages. As a member of USA Track & Field and a Master's competitor I have earned All American Honors in both the 400 Meter and 800 Meter runs. I reside in Colorado Springs with my wife, Lise, and we have four adult children.
Lastly, I firmly believe that my practice will continue to grow based on a strong belief in God and family. My successes will be a product of the services I provide my clients and the community. I will achieve this by keeping well educated, informed and competent. By being committed to integrity and excellence I understand business will continue to go where invited and remain where appreciated.
